During the time of confinement we have missed meetings in bars or restaurants, lunch and dinner with friends and family, celebrations, weddings… These places have remained closed. Restaurants, bars and night clubs have been part of our society, our way of living, our history and have a very important role in Spanish culture. We are the country with the most amount of bars per person.
For this reason, #soypatrimonio2020 is born, a nationwide initiative to achieve that Spanish Restaurants be declared World Heritage Site. To pay tribute, protect and promote them.
Vicente Gandia wants to work side by side on this cause and launch other proposals that will help to boost the business. One of them will be to offer a 360º service to the restaurant to produce the QR codes that are necessary to view the menu or the wine list through our mobile devices. This service consists of digitizing the menu, hosting the files on our server and produce the QR codes that the restaurant will set on their tables.
Another service that the winery will offer to their customers will be the distribution of reusable face protection masks that will help the staff protect themselves from eventual infections.

Bodegas Vicente Gandía invests in a new line to produce Bag in Box of different capacities.
What is a BIB (Bag in Box)?
It’s a wine format that is presented in a plastic bag inside a carton package. The plastic bag incorporates a tap at the bottom that makes easier to serve the wine. A comfortable way of serving wine and that allows the perfect preservation of its organoleptic characteristics.
These advantages are the reason why this format is growing around the world.
In our facilities we have one goal: the quality of our wines. The production process must be managed in detail, with great care, hygiene and a constant production rate. Our main objective is create wines with the best quality every year.
To achieve this we need suitable facilities, for this reason our bottling lines are perfectly adapted to be able to produce all kind of products.
Currently, we have installed a new Bag in Box (BIB) line that allows us to make different sizes: 1, 3, 5 or 10 liters, increasing our production capacity.
