Elaboration

A white wine harvested in late September, this Monastrell is hand-picked and pressed whole (with no stalking or crushing). We only use 50% of the must extrac-ted from the press, fermenting it at 14ºC. Clean with little decanting, it is bottled in February to preserve the comple-xity and subtlety of its aromas.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflec-tions. Releases aromas reminiscent of tropical fruit and apricots with a hint of plum. Full-bodied in the mouth with an elegant sharpness and pleasant after-taste.
