Elaboration

Vinification of this varietal takes place in stainless steel tanks, maintained at 26ºC and macerated for 15 days with its skins. The wine is then aged in selected French oak casks.

Tasting notes

This is a modern and elegant wine with red cherry colour and brillant tones. In the nose presents an elegant range of berries with medium- toasted oak notes. In the mouth the tannins are mature and soft. The aftertaste is persistent, its shows all the elegance of the bobal variety harvested at optimum time.
