The Utiel-Requena region is at 800 m ASL in inland Valencia, where its clayey soil and summer temperature contrasts – hot days and cool nights – are ideal for obtaining fine wines with intense, elegant aromas.
Production
Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25ºC, and then it is carefully aged in American oak casks for 7 months.
Organoleptic analysis
Dark bigarreau cherry colour, clean and translucent. Its bouquet is delicately complex with aromas of vanilla coming from perfectly balanced wood. On the mid-palate it is smooth, rounded and with hints of raspberry on the palate.
Serve at 18ºC and open half an hour before serving.
