We currently export 75% of the wine we produce, the remaining 25% being sold in Spain. Our winery’s reputation and prestige have been augmented in recent years by our winning over 200 international awards, such as the medals obtained for ‘Generación 1’ (Challenge International du Vin in France, Mundus Vini in Germany), ‘Ceremonia’ (Challenge International du Vin in Bordeaux, London Wine Trade Fair), ‘Fusta Nova’ (Best Spanish Muscatel; ‘Nariz de Oro’ Award) and ‘Hoya de Cadenas Reserve’ (Best Buy Wine Spectator, Amsterdam Restaurant Trade and Prestige Restaurants).

As recognition for his work in the world of wine, in 1996 Jose Mª Gandía was named member of the Noble Order of Wine Knights in the United Kingdom, and in 2007 FENAVIN awarded him international recognition for a life dedicated to wine (an award which has also been given to, among others, famous international critic Robert Parker).
