Vineyard

Grapes from selected vineyards of the Hoya de Cadenas Estate, where the combination of lime-clay soil and summer temperature contrasts – hot days and cool nights – is ideal for obtaining wines with intense aromas and excellent concentration.

Production

Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks kept at 25ºC and maceration in contact with the grape skins for 14 days. Ageing takes place in first, second and third year Missouri oak casks for 12 months. The wine is then refined in bottles for at least 18 months to obtain a wine of great complexity.

Organoleptic analysis

Ceremonia has a pretty ripe cherry colour and a clean, satiny appearance. Its bouquet reveals mineral aromas and pronounced red and black fruit traits with well combined spicy, woody undertones. It is vigorous, ample and balanced on the palate.
